These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zirka family study app and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts and families
Zirka accounts are created and managed by adults. As a parent, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for your children's use of the service, and for keeping your family code and PINs safe.
Acceptable use
The service is for personal, non-commercial family learning. You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Reverse engineer or resell any part of the service
Plans
During the current early-access period, the Free plan includes up to 50 AI tutoring sessions per month, shared across all children in your family. This session allowance is provisional and may change - including being reduced - as Zirka moves toward general release. Zirka Pro is our upcoming paid plan for families who need more capacity; its exact limits are still being finalized. Plan features and limits may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Any pricing and payment terms are presented before purchase.
AI tutoring
The tutor is powered by artificial intelligence. It is designed to guide rather than give answers, but like any AI it can make mistakes. Zirka is an educational aid - it is not a substitute for school instruction or professional advice, and we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
Your content
Questions, photos, and messages your family submits remain yours. You grant us the license needed to process them in order to provide the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your family's data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular learning outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability for all claims is capped at the amount you have actually paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim - for the Free plan, that amount is zero.
This cap is a limit on damages only. It is not a refund, a credit, or a promise to return any money, and it does not create any right to a refund or entitle you to recover fees. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or is granted through the app store you purchased from. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
