Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Zirka Pro. Because Zirka Pro is sold entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play, refunds are granted by those stores under their own policies - not directly by Zirka.
Free trial
Every family starts with a free trial of 15 tutoring sessions - no card required and nothing is charged. Refunds do not apply to the trial, since there is no payment to refund.
How Zirka Pro is billed
Zirka Pro is sold and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever store you subscribed from. Apple and Google process the payment, manage your subscription, and are the merchant of record - Zirka never receives or handles your card details, and payments do not pass through us directly.
Because of this, refunds for Zirka Pro are granted by Apple or Google under their own refund policies and procedures, not by Zirka.
Requesting a refund from Apple
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled entirely by Apple - Zirka cannot issue or override an Apple refund. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
- Find the Zirka Pro charge and select "Report a Problem"
- Follow Apple's prompts to submit your refund request
Requesting a refund from Google Play
If you subscribed through Google Play, refunds are handled entirely by Google - Zirka cannot issue or override a Google Play refund. To request one:
- Open the Google Play app and go to Menu, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history
- Find the Zirka Pro charge, select it, and choose "Report a problem" or "Request a refund"
- Or start a request online at support.google.com/googleplay
Refund eligibility and timing
Apple and Google each set and enforce their own refund eligibility rules and time windows, which can change and may vary by region - Zirka has no visibility into, and no control over, individual refund decisions made by either store.
Requests are reviewed case by case by the store. Reasons such as an accidental purchase, a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, or a duplicate charge are commonly considered, but the final decision always rests with the store you purchased through.
Cancelling vs. refunding
Cancelling your Zirka Pro subscription stops future renewals, but it does not by itself refund the current billing period. To stop being charged again, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the next renewal date. If you also want the current period refunded, follow the refund steps above in addition to cancelling.
Non-refundable situations
Some situations are generally not eligible for a refund, though the store you purchased through always makes the final call:
- Requests submitted well after the purchase or renewal date
- Substantial use of Zirka Pro's sessions during the billing period in question
- Suspected abuse of the refund process
How Zirka can help
Since Zirka does not process payments or hold your payment details, we cannot issue refunds ourselves. We can help you confirm your subscription status and point you to the right process - contact us using the details below.
