Information we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Parent account information: email address and sign-in credentials, or your Google account if you sign in with Google
• Child profiles added by a parent: name, age, grade, and optional details
• Study session content: the questions your child asks (including photos of homework) and the conversation with the tutor
• Family settings: subjects, attempt limits, and notification preferences
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and service logs

Children's privacy

Children never provide an email address or password - they sign in with a family code and PIN created by a parent. We collect children's information only as provided by the parent and as generated during study sessions.

Parents can review all of their children's sessions and can delete the family account - including all children's data - at any time.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the tutoring service
• Show parents their children's activity and progress
• Maintain, secure, and improve the service
• Respond to feedback and support requests

AI processing

Study questions and messages are processed by our AI provider to generate tutoring responses. Our service logs never include the content of children's questions or conversations - only technical metadata.

We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.

Data storage and retention

Your information is stored securely and retained only while your account is active or as required by law. Deleting your account permanently removes your family's data.

You may access, update, or delete your family's information directly in the app, or contact us for help with any request.
